“In his first role as Head Chef Sam Moody is creating a reputation in his own right for exciting flavours, fine quality food and the delivery of a culinary experience that will delight time and again. Sam has a genuine passion for developing menus that use fresh, local ingredients. Of course the most local supplier is the Priory’s own Kitchen Garden the planting here is a collaboration between kitchen and garden with some interesting experimentation and some fine produce making its way direct from field to plate. Sam continues to develop and grow the team under the guidance of Executive Head Chef Michael Caines whilst making a name for himself in his own right, the future is very bright for this rising star and his own sensational cooking.
