The River Canteen opened in the Autumn of 2011. (Not to be confused with the River Cottage Canteen, which became the Komedia Canteen in the summer of 2011).
The River Canteen became the Ponte Vecchio in 2013.

Wonderful atmosphere, beautiful food with well thought through menu and pricing, very friendly staff. Really enjoyed the experience and most definitely will be going there again.
I had dinner after the fireworks on bonfire night, the food was delicious compared to what I hav come to expect from dining Italian in Bath. It is truly a lovely setting for a restaurant.
